Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for fulfillment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, OITVOIP is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OITVOIP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
We may offer international shipping depending on the destination.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
